Who operates CalcSlope?

CalcSlope is operated by the individual identified in the operator and contact section. CalcSlope is the website brand; it does not describe an incorporated company.

Use the official email for questions about the service or the handling of personal information. The operator is based in Bangladesh; providers may process information in other countries.

Visiting the website and network operations

Loading a page transmits your IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser headers, and connection details to the hosting infrastructure. CalcSlope is hosted on Cloudflare Pages using Cloudflare's global edge network.

Cloudflare processes this request metadata to deliver static assets, optimize routing, maintain edge caching, and mitigate automated attacks or abuse. Infrastructure security logs and network error reports are separate from local calculator measurements and optional Web Analytics.

Calculations, saved measurements, copy and print

One-slope and two-slope calculations run in your browser. Unpinned measurements live in page memory and can be lost on reload or navigation. They are not included in the application analytics event payload.

Only values you explicitly pin are written to localStorage on this device. Single-slope and two-slope records use separate keys. Stored lengths retain a numeric value in canonical metres and the selected unit; slope inputs retain their semantic value. No project name, account or measurement history is saved. The app sets no expiry.

The selected theme is a device preference. The application does not save a language selection; language is part of the URL. Copy writes the displayed calculation to your clipboard only after you request it. Print opens the browser printing flow; your browser, operating system, chosen printer or PDF destination handles that output. Avoid sharing sensitive project details through a shared clipboard, device or printer.

Purposes and legal grounds

Information needed for page delivery and security supports access to the website and protection against abuse. Email information is used to respond to enquiries and handle applicable privacy requests.

Theme preferences and pinned measurements support features you explicitly request on your device. Optional analytics and advertising are inactive. Future optional collection is subject to applicable consent requirements and updated information.

Service providers and recipients

Cloudflare hosting and Cloudflare Web Analytics are separate services. The optional Web Analytics integration is inactive and sends no custom calculator events.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Privacy & Messaging are prepared integrations but are inactive. No Google AdSense advertising tag is loaded. Links below explain the providers’ general privacy practices.

Optional audience and performance analytics

Optional GA4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics are inactive. If enabled, they would process page and device information after applicable consent. Calculator inputs and results are not part of CalcSlope’s analytics event payload.

Prepared events describe calculator actions using only registered tool, language, mode, unit-system and status categories. They exclude measurement values, email, custom user IDs, query strings and full referrers. Analytics and advertising purposes are handled separately.

Planned advertising — currently inactive

AdSense advertising is planned and currently inactive. No advertising script is loaded by this application. Ownership verification, ads.txt and permission to serve advertisements are separate matters.

If advertising is introduced, Google and participating vendors may use cookies and identifiers to deliver and measure advertisements based on visits to this and other sites, including personalization where permitted. The applicable vendors, disclosures and choices will be provided before activation.

Your choices and withdrawal

Optional analytics and advertising are inactive, so no choice is needed to enable the calculators. Requested theme preferences and measurement pins remain under your control.

If optional services are activated later, information about their purposes and available choices will be provided. Where consent applies, it can be withheld or withdrawn; withdrawal concerns future processing and does not undo earlier lawful processing.

How long information is kept

Unpinned measurements stay in temporary page memory and are lost on reload or navigation. Selected theme preferences and explicitly pinned measurements in localStorage have no application-set expiry and remain until removed, overwritten, or cleared through your browser settings.

Cloudflare Pages retains build caches for 7 days after last read date, while real-time deployment logs are ephemeral. Core edge requests process IP addresses ephemerally for security and routing without indefinite raw log retention; customer-controlled log retention depends on account settings and is verification pending.

Cloudflare Web Analytics documents a 7-day retention period for unsampled beacon data and up to 6 months for aggregated metrics, but is currently inactive. Optional Google Analytics 4 is likewise inactive. Communications sent to [email protected] are retained only as long as necessary to address your enquiry or meet statutory recordkeeping duties.

Processing locations and international transfers

The operator is based in Bangladesh. Website content is distributed globally across Cloudflare’s edge data centers to ensure fast, secure delivery near your location. Cloudflare, Inc. is headquartered in the United States.

International transfers to Cloudflare are governed by Cloudflare’s customer terms and Data Processing Addendum incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Inquiries sent to [email protected] are transmitted through standard electronic mail routing.

Data protection rights and requests

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent or complain to a competent supervisory authority.

Send requests to the official email shown above with enough context to identify the relevant interaction. Do not send passwords, full identity documents or sensitive plans by default. Calculator pins can also be removed directly on your device.

Visitors in different countries

The operator is based in Bangladesh. Applicable data-protection rights depend on the actual processing and the relevant laws, including Bangladeshi law and EU, UK or Swiss rules where their scope is met.

Selecting a language does not determine your legal rights. Contact the operator about a privacy concern or request; applicable rights and mandatory protections are not waived by using this geometry tool.

Children, profiling and automated decisions

CalcSlope is a general geometry tool without accounts, age verification or children’s profiles. Do not submit sensitive or identifying information through calculator inputs.

The calculator produces mathematical results rather than decisions about a person with legal or similarly significant effects. No application profiling or personalized advertising is active.

Security and practical limits

The website uses HTTPS and validates calculator inputs. Requested device storage, clipboard output and printing depend on your browser and device.

Use care on shared devices and remove saved values when appropriate. Send security or privacy questions to the official email; do not include credentials, identity documents or sensitive project information by default.

Dates and changes

This information may change when the service, providers, purposes or storage practices change. The update date shown above identifies the current text.

Material changes to optional collection will be explained before activation. New consent will be requested where required by applicable law.
